The need for identification and quantitation of PBDE congeners in the environment has increased due to legislation aimed at minimizing the presence of these compounds.

To help satisfy this need, this application has been developed to demonstrate a fast, sensitive and reliable method for the analysis of PBDE congeners using single quadrupole GC/MS and a Thermo Scientific TRACE™ TR-5MS column.
