The SpectraSYSTEM UV3000 detector delivers multi-dimensional spectral datra for applications raging from trace analysis to preparative, as well as SFC to CE. Our powerful ChromQuestTM and Atlas software packages provide complete system control, spectral analysis and library search capabilities.
Superior Optical Performance
A unique dual-beam, forward optical design minimizes refractive-index sensitivity by focusing the light beam away from the flow cell walls. The design facilitates low noise and drift. It also provides a wide linear dynamic range, and eliminates stray light. Reference and sample beams are monitored at the same wavelength for a highly accurate differential measurement. The net effect is accurate results at trace levels or at high concentrations.
The other detectors available are the UV1000 and UV2000:
UV1000 is a programmable variable single wavelength detector
UV2000 is a variable dual wavelength detector
Both the detectors share the same superior optical performance as the UV3000 detector
All three detectors have externally mounted interchangeable flow cells for wide range of applications ranging from capillary, microbore to preparative, CE, SFC and LC/MS
