The predictive fragmentation module provides both the predicted fragments as well as the mechanism - allowing you to better analyze your data. Advanced algorithms generate theoretical fragments and mechanisms for MS and MSn experiments. New capabilities for adducts, clusters, and negative ion formation are now possible. Batch reprocessing can be done on files (*.sdf) that contain more than one structure.
